Our team is made up of 25 Care professionals who work tirelessly to ensure the happiness of our service-users come first. The team work alongside external professional to create and deliver personal care plans for every resident. From personal hygiene to meals, administering medication, self-care, activities, exercise, socialising and safety, our dedicated team work to make the residents comfortable, safe and well cared for.
The team pride themselves on really getting to know their service-users, to be able to spot warning signs and triggers that can negatively impact their mental health and of course when intervention is needed.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. All staff receive regular training and development both in-house and on external courses.
Training is a fundamental part of our roles, so when our team get the opportunity to learn a skill together, one that will help them look after our residents and one another, it brings them closer together
